01. The Brief
Problem
Traffic congestion in the center of Athens makes life difficult for those who live and work in the center of the city.
Solution
Special checkpoints set up in different parts of the city to record vehicles entering the city center.
The application for those checkpoints called Athens Tolls. That app allows people to transfer money to their tagged devices and automatically pay tolls every time they enter the city center.
Admission fees vary based on peak hours.
